- INTRODUCTION
Nubius Solutions is committed to providing transparent and fair billing practices. If you believe there is an error in your billing statement, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service department for a resolution before taking any external action, such as a chargeback request.
- BILLING DISPUTES
If you have a billing dispute, please follow these steps:
- Contact Our Billing Department: Submit your inquiry via email at billing@support.nubius.io or through the customer portal.
- Provide Documentation: Include relevant details such as invoice numbers, transaction IDs, and a description of the issue.
- Resolution Process: Our team will review your case and respond within 5 business days with a proposed resolution.
- Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may request that the dispute be escalated to a Senior Manager.
Nubius Solutions will make every effort to investigate, clarify, and resolve any billing disputes in a fair and timely manner.
- CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK POLICY
At no time should a customer initiate a credit card chargeback as a means to resolve a billing issue without first working with our Customer Service department. Chargebacks add unnecessary complexity to the resolution process and result in additional fees for both parties.
Chargeback Consequences:
- If a chargeback is filed while our team is actively working on your billing dispute, you may be charged a $25 administrative fee.
- If the chargeback is found to be unwarranted (i.e., the billing was accurate and aligned with our terms), the $25 chargeback fee will be added to your account.
- Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination until the outstanding balance is settled.
We urge customers to allow us the opportunity to resolve disputes internally before engaging in chargebacks, as this ensures the most efficient and satisfactory resolution.
