If you're having trouble logging into the Nubius Customer Portal, here are common issues and how to resolve them.

1. Session Expired / Constant Logouts

Our system binds sessions to the IP address from which you are connecting. If your IP address changes frequently, you may be logged out repeatedly and asked to sign in again.

Solution:

  • If you are using a VPN, try disconnecting or using a more stable connection.

  • Avoid switching networks (e.g., Wi-Fi to mobile data) while logged in.

  • If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then log in again.

2. Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it easily.

If you have enabled 2FA but cannot log in, you may need to use your recovery code.

Solution:

  • Enter the recovery code provided when you set up 2FA.

    • You will need to provide proof of ownership before 2FA can be disabled.
