My Dashboard

Once you log in to the Nubius Customer Portal, you will be directed to My Dashboard, which provides an overview of your account and services. Here, you can find:

  • A summary of your acquired services.

  • Quick access to Domains, Invoices, and Support Tickets.

  • Various widgets depending on the services you have acquired, including:

    • News updates.

    • Domain registration options.

    • Open tasks if you have prepaid support hours.

    • A breakdown of remaining prepaid hours if applicable.

Navigation Menu

On the left-hand menu, you will find different sections to manage your account:

1. Services

  • View and manage your acquired services.

  • Order new services.

  • Access service-specific management options.

2. Domains

  • Manage your registered domains.

  • Register new domains.

  • Transfer existing domains to Nubius Solutions.

3. Website & Security

  • Manage SSL certificates you have acquired.

  • Access 360 Monitoring services (if subscribed).

4. Billing

  • Manage payment methods.

  • View and pay invoices.

  • Review quotes related to your services.

5. Support

  • View and manage support tickets.

  • Access announcements.

  • Search the knowledgebase for helpful articles.

  • Open new support tickets for assistance.

6. Store

  • Browse available services.

  • Purchase new solutions for your business.

Account Management

At the top right corner of the portal, you will find:

  • Cart – View pending orders before checkout.

  • Notifications – Stay updated on important alerts.

  • Account Settings – Manage your profile, including:

    • Update personal details.

    • Manage payment methods.

    • Add users and contacts.

    • View email history.

    • Change your password.

    • Manage security settings (e.g., two-factor authentication).
