Accessing Your Services

To view and manage your services:

  1. Navigate to the left menu and click on Services.

  2. Select My Services to access a complete list of your active and inactive services.

  3. Use the search box in the top right corner to quickly find a specific service.

  4. To place a new order, click on the + Add New button at the top right or use the Order New Services action, which will take you to the store.

Managing a Specific Service

To manage a service:

  1. Click on the service from the list in My Services.

  2. This will open the Service Details page, where you will find management options based on the specific service type.

Available Management Options

Depending on the service, you may find options to:

  • Configure the service (e.g., set up monitoring configurations).

  • Access dashboards or consoles (e.g., login to a server or a monitoring dashboard).

  • Start, stop, or reboot servers if applicable.

  • View and manage user details.

  • Upgrade/Downgrade the Service:

    • Upgrading/Downgrading a Service moves your subscription to a different plan or product.

    • Upgrading/Downgrading Configurable Options allows you to modify specific features such as number of domains covered, additional resources, or specific service add-ons.

  • Terminate a Service if no longer needed. Only applicable for recurring services

Managing your services through the Nubius Customer Portal is simple and efficient, allowing you to make the necessary adjustments as your needs evolve.
